The three golden rules
- Act today. A SORN can't be backdated, and fines get more expensive the longer they're ignored.
- Keep proof. Screenshots, emails, call times, proof of postage. Most disputes are won with evidence.
- Use official channels. SORN, tax and refunds are free through DVLA. You never need to pay a third party to fix them.
